Oura integration FAQ
How do I connect my Oura Ring to Flitch?
Sign in with a one-click read-only OAuth connection to Oura. Flitch only reads your data, so nothing in your Oura account is changed.
What Oura data can Flitch dashboard?
Flitch brings in daily sleep, readiness, activity, workouts, and heart rate. You can track these trends over time in a dashboard you describe in plain language.
Can I compare readiness and sleep over time?
Yes. With your daily Oura data imported, Flitch can chart readiness against sleep across weeks or months so you can spot patterns.
Does Flitch refresh my Oura data automatically?
Yes. You can schedule a background refresh so each day's sleep, readiness, and activity data flows in and your dashboards stay current.
Do I choose which Oura metrics to import?
Yes. You pick the data you want to bring in, from sleep and readiness to activity, workouts, and heart rate, and build dashboards on it.
Does Flitch copy my Oura data?
Only the objects you choose. Oura is an API rather than a database Flitch can query in place, so those objects are pulled on your refresh schedule and stored as datasets. Nothing else is taken, and aggregation still happens in SQL against your data model, so a figure means the same thing on every dashboard built from it. Connect a database instead and Flitch queries it directly with no copy at all.
