A credit is how Flitch measures AI usage. Each credit is $0.10, the exact cost we pay the AI providers with no markup, and usage rounds up to the nearest credit. As a guide, generating a dashboard is about 3 to 7 credits, an edit is 1 to 4, and asking a question is 1.
Plan credits reset on the 1st of each month. Credits you buy on top of your plan are used after your plan credits and never expire.
You can buy more credits at any time, or move to a higher plan. Purchased credits never expire, so anything you do not use stays on your account.
Yes. Team is $30 per user each month, and every member gets their own 300 credits a month plus shared collaboration and member management. Pro is billed per account, and the Free plan is free.
Paid plans renew on the 1st of each month. Your first payment covers only the days left in the current month, so you pay less to start, then the full amount on the 1st of every month after.
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you keep your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then move to the Free plan. Your dashboards and data stay with you.
Dashboards can collect data as well as read it, so people can enter values a connected source cannot supply. That data is stored by Flitch, and every plan includes an allowance for it. Paid plans scale the allowance per member, and it is separate from the storage your uploaded files use.
Prices are shown in USD and exclude tax. Any applicable tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
