Simple, predictable pricing

A credit is how Flitch measures AI usage, and each one is $0.10. What an action costs depends on how much work the model does, so a bigger prompt or more pages costs more. Measured across real usage, building a dashboard, report or app is typically 5 credits and about 3 to 14 for a large multi-page build, an edit is typically 2 and rarely above 4, and asking a question is 1. Every charge is itemised in your usage history, so you can always see where credits went.

Plan credits reset on the 1st of each month. Credits you buy on top of your plan are used after your plan credits and never expire.

You can buy more credits at any time, or move to a higher plan. Purchased credits never expire, so anything you do not use stays on your account.

On Enterprise, under agreement. You connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Google account, and the model cost is billed there at your rates rather than drawing down a credit allowance. Every other plan includes credits, so there is nothing separate to set up. Talk to us if running AI through your own provider account is a requirement.

Yes. Pro is $20 per user each month, whether you work alone or with a team, and credits are pooled so nobody is stopped by their own share. Business is $40 per user and adds many teams under one business, single sign-on and audit. The Free plan is free.

Paid plans renew on the 1st of each month. Your first payment covers only the days left in the current month, so you pay less to start, then the full amount on the 1st of every month after.

Yes. Cancel whenever you like and you keep your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then move to the Free plan. What you built and your data stay with you.

Dashboards and apps can collect data as well as read it, so people can enter values a connected source cannot supply. That data is stored by Flitch, and every plan includes an allowance for it. Paid plans scale the allowance per member, and it is separate from the storage your uploaded files use.

They are billed in credits to the space that owns the workflow, whoever started the run, and the cost is what the steps do. Reading, filtering, joining and reshaping tables is close to nothing. A step that calls a model or reads a document is where the cost is, and one set to run once per row is capped for that reason. You can also set a ceiling on what one workflow may spend. The Free plan holds 3 workflows and runs 1 at a time; paid plans are unlimited in count and run 10 at once.

No, and they are not counted against your allowance. A test run reads everything for real and writes nothing: no rows added, no email sent, no webhook called, and a folder of documents left untouched so the real run still reads everything it should.

The run stops at the step that emptied the balance. That step is charged, because it did its work and a model call cannot be taken back, and anything the run had already written or sent stays written and sent. The run is recorded as having run out of credits rather than as a broken workflow. If it keeps happening the workflow stops running on its schedule and its owner is emailed to say the balance is why. Top up, then run it once and it goes back on its schedule.
