Intercom integration
Bring Intercom conversations, contacts, and companies into support and customer dashboards.
Flitch is an AI BI tool that connects to Intercom and turns your data into shareable dashboards. Flitch connects your Intercom conversations, contacts, companies, tags, and segments so you can track support volume, response times, and how your customer base is growing. It reads 6 Intercom objects, including Contacts, Companies and Conversations.

Intercom integration FAQ
What Intercom data can Flitch import?
Flitch reads your contacts, companies, conversations, admins, tags, and segments. Pick the objects you want and build support dashboards in plain language.
Can I dashboard conversation volume and response times?
Yes. Import your conversations and admins and Flitch can chart volume, response time, and resolution trends, broken down by team member where the data allows.
Does connecting Intercom let Flitch reply to customers?
No. The connection is a read-only OAuth sign-in, so Flitch only reads the objects you select. It never sends messages or edits conversations.
Can I track contact and company growth?
Yes. Import your contacts and companies and Flitch charts how they grow over time, so you can see your customer base expand.
Can I break support conversations down by tag or segment?
Yes. Import your tags and segments alongside conversations and Flitch can group volume and resolution metrics by them for a clearer view of support load.
Does Flitch copy my Intercom data?
Only the objects you choose. Intercom is an API rather than a database Flitch can query in place, so those objects are pulled on your refresh schedule and stored as datasets. Nothing else is taken, and aggregation still happens in SQL against your data model, so a figure means the same thing on every dashboard built from it. Connect a database instead and Flitch queries it directly with no copy at all.
