Xero integration
Xero invoices, payments, and bank transactions become profit, cash flow, and receivables dashboards.
Flitch is an AI BI tool that connects to Xero and turns your data into shareable dashboards. Bring your Xero invoices, payments, bank transactions, and credit notes into Flitch, all read-only. It builds profit and loss, cash flow, and aged receivables dashboards from your accounting data. It reads 11 Xero objects, including Invoices, Contacts and Accounts.

Xero integration FAQ
What can I import from Xero into Flitch?
Flitch reads your Invoices, Contacts, Accounts, Payments, Bank Transactions, Items, Credit Notes, Quotes, Purchase Orders, and Manual Journals. Pick the ones you want and each becomes a dataset.
Can I build a profit and loss dashboard from Xero?
Yes. Import your Invoices and Bank Transactions and ask Flitch for a profit and loss view, and it builds the report from your own figures. No accounting formulas to set up.
Does Flitch make changes in my Xero account?
No. Flitch signs in read-only through OAuth and never writes back to Xero. It only reads the data you choose to import.
Can I track cash flow and outstanding invoices?
Yes. Bring in Payments and Invoices and ask for cash flow, aged receivables, or outstanding invoices, and Flitch charts it from your records.
How does Flitch keep Xero data up to date?
Schedule a background refresh and Flitch re-pulls your invoices, payments, and bank transactions on your chosen cadence so dashboards stay current.
Does Flitch copy my Xero data?
Only the objects you choose. Xero is an API rather than a database Flitch can query in place, so those objects are pulled on your refresh schedule and stored as datasets. Nothing else is taken, and aggregation still happens in SQL against your data model, so a figure means the same thing on every dashboard built from it. Connect a database instead and Flitch queries it directly with no copy at all.
