Kraken integration
Connect your Kraken Pro account to Flitch and build dashboards on your balances, trades, and ledgers.
Flitch is an AI BI tool that connects to Kraken and turns your data into shareable dashboards. Add a read-only Kraken API key, then pick the data you want: balances, open/closed orders, trade history, ledgers, open positions. Flitch keeps it in sync and turns it into dashboards.
- Read-only API key (Query permissions)
- Balances, orders, trades, ledgers, positions
- Incremental refresh for trades and ledgers
How do you connect Kraken to Flitch?
Connect with a read-only Kraken API key (Query permissions only). The private key only signs requests and never leaves Flitch.

Kraken integration FAQ
How do I connect my Kraken account to Flitch?
Add a read-only Kraken API key with Query permissions only. The private key just signs requests and never leaves Flitch, and there is no trading access.
What Kraken data can I build dashboards on?
You can pick from balances, open and closed orders, trade history, ledgers, and open positions. Flitch turns whichever you choose into datasets for dashboards.
Can Flitch place trades on my Kraken account?
No. The connection uses a read-only key with Query permissions, so Flitch can only read your account data and can never place orders or move funds.
How does Flitch keep my trade history current?
Flitch uses incremental refresh for trades and ledgers, pulling new activity in the background so your portfolio dashboards stay current.
Can I see fees and deposits from my Kraken ledgers?
Yes. Import your ledgers and Flitch can break down deposits, withdrawals, and fees, and chart trade volume and fees by asset over time.
Does Flitch copy my Kraken data?
Only the objects you choose. Kraken is an API rather than a database Flitch can query in place, so those objects are pulled on your refresh schedule and stored as datasets. Nothing else is taken, and aggregation still happens in SQL against your data model, so a figure means the same thing on every dashboard built from it. Connect a database instead and Flitch queries it directly with no copy at all.
