HubSpot integration

Bring HubSpot deals, contacts, and companies into Flitch for pipeline and revenue dashboards.

Flitch is an AI BI tool that connects to HubSpot and turns your data into shareable dashboards. Import your HubSpot deals, contacts, companies, and quotes, then describe the report you want. Flitch builds win-rate, lead-source, and forecast dashboards from your CRM and refreshes them on a schedule. It reads 7 HubSpot objects, including Contacts, Companies and Deals.

HubSpot integration FAQ

What HubSpot objects can Flitch import?

Flitch reads your Contacts, Companies, Deals, Products, Line Items, Quotes, and Owners. Choose the ones you need and each becomes a dataset you can build on.

Can I build a deal pipeline dashboard from HubSpot?

Yes. Connect your Deals and ask for pipeline value, win rate by stage, or a revenue forecast, and Flitch generates it in plain language. No SQL or HubSpot report builder needed.

Does Flitch write anything back to HubSpot?

No. The connection is read-only over OAuth, so Flitch only reads the objects you import and never edits your CRM.

How do I keep HubSpot dashboards up to date?

Schedule a background refresh and Flitch re-pulls your Contacts, Companies, and Deals on your chosen cadence so the numbers stay live.

Can I track contact and company growth?

Yes. Import Contacts and Companies and Flitch can chart new records over time, lead sources, and growth trends from your own data.

Does Flitch copy my HubSpot data?

Only the objects you choose. HubSpot is an API rather than a database Flitch can query in place, so those objects are pulled on your refresh schedule and stored as datasets. Nothing else is taken, and aggregation still happens in SQL against your data model, so a figure means the same thing on every dashboard built from it. Connect a database instead and Flitch queries it directly with no copy at all.
